- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I got a letter from this company thinking it would be awesome. I went online, entered my information from my preapproval letter. Before I could even finish a foreign lady called me and wanted me to finish the application over the phone with her. It was hard to understand a word she was saying. I was able to make out how much the interest rate was. It was absurd. I just hung up on her and never finished my application online. She called me 9 times over a period of 2 days before I blocked them. What a scam. I'd give negative stars if I could.By Julianne Lohman, August 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I received a letter of "pre-qualification" of $1,000 for this company. In the mist of this I was in a situation I needed cash and I needed fast. I called and asked my questions as to the payment plans, mind you they only approved me for $900. The representative stated it is $257.40 every 2 weeks to pay off my loan "principal balance" once the payment is received they deduct it. I have made 2 payments and my balance in my head should be $385.20. When I just called and spoke with a "supervisor" he just kept reading off the contract & a paper that he is sorry that his co worker misinterpreted the payment method and did absolute not one thing about it because the $257.40 is lost money gone towards interest. I am lost for words on how they service their clients and promote false advertisement. Now to find a way to pay my "principal balance" before they continue to take money I do not have. Worse place ever!!! I do not recommend them for short term loan . I wish I would have done a review search. Shame on me!By Desiree Arrieta, April 14, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just want to thank all of the people that have responded to this. It is a crooked system. I can't believe that a company can do such HORRIBLE things to a person in need. I threw away all the letters, pre-approved out. That is such a damn shame. How in God's name can they get away doing this to people in need?????? God help them!!!
